 Furthermore, disabling "Ignore screen" could lead to unexpected deaths, for example if someone sneaked up on the user while their inventory was open. Nowadays, The "Ignore screen" checkbox has been completely removed and AutoPotion always behaves as if the checkbox was checked, throwing potions regardless of what screen or menu the user has open.
