The AutoTotem hack periodically scans the player's inventory for totems of undying. If any totems are found, it ensures that one of the totems is always placed in the off-hand slot, so that it can save the player from death.

The AutoTotem hack was originally created in Pull Request #108 by andevo.

When “Show totem counter” is checked, AutoTotem's text in the HackList is changed from AutoTotem to AutoTotem [X totems] (but instead of X, it will show the number of totems in the player's inventory.)
